We love our house is Sydney. We are 10 mins from Mum and Dad Krok, we are in Kellyvile 2nd Ward and so close to my favourite shopping centres, Castle Towers and Rouse Hill (very important, I know).
Its a 3 bed duplex, 2 car garage, 2 bath and WC downstairs and fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, which after the last 2 weeks of 40 degrees is such a blessing. So you would think having a smaller yard would be a lot easier, but you'd be wrong, the grass grows just as fast and seems like there is always mowing to be done!!!
Our last house was AMAZING, this house is probably 3 x smaller. But we fit nicely and love the location. Still plenty of room for all our visitors.

We should be in this house for the next 2 years or so, I cant believe we have already been here for 5 1/2 months. So that's it... our home! Not bad for ARMY housing?!

Not bad at all! Can you come decorate my house?;) I love how you still have a home theatre, Ethan will be so proud to see that! Is that a new dining table too?
